Plans and limits (and monthly vs yearly)
Prices change from time to time and always come from /pricing; the Account page shows your own plan and limits. The structure:

Monthly or yearly
Plans that would cost less than about $5 a month are sold yearly only: card fees on very small monthly charges would eat most of the price. Larger plans can be paid monthly or yearly.
Upgrade and downgrade
Upgrades apply right away. If you cancel or move to a smaller plan, the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; backups over the new limits are kept for a 14-day grace period before they are deleted. Card payments are opening soon; until then, lifetime codes and the beta are the way in.
