Agreement

By using Vigavo you agree to these terms. If you use Vigavo for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

Authorization to scan

You may only scan sites and apps you own or have the owner's permission to test. You confirm this each time you add a URL. Site owners can opt out of scanning at any time.

What the scanner does

Scans make read-only requests like a normal visitor. Optional write probes for Supabase run only on projects you own and explicitly authorize, and remove what they create.

Backups and restores

Backups cover the databases you connect, within your plan's storage cap and retention. Restores to your original database overwrite data and require a typed confirmation and two-factor code. Keep your own copy of anything critical.

No guarantee

No scanner finds every vulnerability. Vigavo reduces risk but does not guarantee that your systems are secure or that every backup can be restored.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vigavo to attack, overload or probe systems without permission, to store unlawful content, or to resell the service without an agency plan.

Lifetime deals

A lifetime plan covers the features and storage cap listed at purchase for as long as Vigavo operates the service. Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase.

Cancellation and downgrade

You can cancel any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. After a downgrade or cancellation, backups over the new limits are kept for a 14-day grace period before deletion.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in the final version reviewed by counsel; this section is a placeholder in the draft.
